1. Acceptance & User Eligibility
By logging in, creating an institutional account, or operating as an administrator or instructor, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Access to administrative and teaching controls is restricted to authorized personnel designated by an affiliated organization or institution.
2. Administrative Account Governance
Platform Administrators
Responsible for global platform configuration, system oversight, main workspace security, and organizational provisioning.
Instructors & Teachers
Authorized to author learning tracks, publish quizzes, manage grade entries, and track individual student performance.
Organization Managers
Responsible for managing department rosters, distributing invite codes, and overseeing team access levels.
3. Course Content & Intellectual Property
Instructors and institutions retain complete intellectual property rights over all uploaded documents, original lesson modules, and custom assessment materials created on the portal. By hosting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, technical license solely to process, render, and display your materials to enrolled learners within your organization.
4. External Services & Google Workspace Rules
When connecting Google Docs, Drive, Forms, or Classroom tools to import lesson materials, you must ensure you hold proper authorization to access and distribute those files. Users are solely responsible for verifying that imported content complies with institutional policies and copyright regulations.
5. Prohibited Activities
To maintain platform integrity and security, users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to view administrative controls, student records, or rosters outside your permitted scope.
- Malicious Uploads: Introducing viruses, automated scripts, or harmful code into module content or file attachments.
- Credential Sharing: Sharing administrative logins or teacher accounts with unauthorized third parties.
- Service Interference: Overloading, scraping, or attempting to reverse-engineer platform endpoints and APIs.
6. Account Suspension & Service Modifications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access for any user or organization found violating these terms, compromising system security, or misusing student records. Platform features may be updated periodically to enhance performance and security.
7. Limitation of Liability & Privacy Cross-Reference
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and data protection, we are not liable for indirect data loss resulting from local connection errors or external service outages. Handling of personal data and Google APIs is separately governed by our Privacy Policy.
